Winter Swingtime is the annual festival organized by Swingtime Lausanne, bringing the community together over a full weekend of activities designed to make you move, learn, and reflect. The festival celebrates African-American jazz dances of the Swing era, exploring their historical context and honoring their richness. The programme includes Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz classes, exploration workshops with guest artists, a Get Together, a debate/conference and a film screening. The weekend also features 3 evenings with live bands.
