Seven Seas Orchestra

Based in Italy, this sextet traces the epic of American popular music from ragtime of 1890 to the early swing of 1940. Seven Seas Orchestra explores the evolution of rhythm and improvisation through transatlantic cultural exchanges, fusing Creole roots, New Orleans traditions, and Caribbean influences into vibrant Hot Jazz. The concert takes place at the Fontaine Maître-Jaques in Nyon starting at 20:00. In case of bad weather, the concert will be maintained and held in the grande salle de la Colombière.
